Match report A lush sunny day and at last skip wins toss and hopefully makes the right deciscion 2 bat 1st but losing super Tim early brings Ben 2 the crease who started attcking straight away and made skip look like he was batting a 5 day test match!Benbriskly hit his 50 and runs at last 4 us was flowing for us , skip then hit his 50 and soon followed by a very good 100 from Ben and he carried on smashing the ball all over the park and ended up with a splendid 155 geeting out in the 32nd over with the score on 249/2partnership of 239 with skip who was out for 75 2 overs l8r.257/3 surely 300 must b on the cards but sadly r batting not complete without a typical english collapse and we faded away to 282/10.. Would that b enough runs ..... Downend had some 2nd team batsman in there line up and r young attack got hit hard early but Rob Calloway with the 1st 32/1 folowed by dan Hinsley 32/2. Lewis got the 3rd 88/3 kane picked up a wicket 109/4.. into the attck Ben and Danny Perks 139/5...166/6....172/7.....182/8.....183/9 all taken by BEN who had 5/43 to cap off a very good day for him oh and a catch so if u have him in ur fantasy league u will b very happy... Danny Perks finished things off and we won by 96 runs so a good day and beers on Ben or should i say cider on Ben.... Skip very happy and now to get a run of wins going
