Martin John Haugh

I'm aged 51, single and took early "retirement" from the world of banking on my 50th birthday (what a happy day that was). I have lived in the village since 1994, but have chosen previously not to get heavily involved in the community. Well I have been thinking it is time to change my outlook ! Hence I have put my name forward with a view to joining the Seniors Cricket squad. I used to be quite good (Bristol Boys junior) but my powers have dimmed a little over time.
I like all forms of sport, particularly football, golf and horse racing. I like to think I am fairly well educated, well spoken and well mannered (that sometimes changes after a few Blackthorns).
So yes, I like a laugh and a drink. Does that qualify me for the Cricket Team ?
