Match report
2nd week running a good toss 2 win and if so must put the other team in ..... oops we lost and batting , Tim looking good lovely 6 then full toss and brill catch ended his innings then shall we say other than Mark hanging around playing test match cricket!!! most unlike him and Dan P who promised 2 score a ton hitting a good 17no and if had someone 2 bat with may well of done , anyway less said about batting the better 85/10 ..... No chance of winning surely but ....... some crazy running got rid of the opener and some early wickets for Ash then more suicide running lead 2 another wicketand 22/4 we had a game on. Proud 2 say r fielding was very good 2day body on the line and with Ash on fire it became 31/5 and 31/6and we sniffed an impossible win. Ash brill figures 5/7 left them 49/7 and we were fav 2 win but sadly 1 wicket for robbie had them 65/8 and we could not finish the job and lost by 2 wickets if only we could get a few more runs we would of won last 2 games with r bowling attack and fair play 2 all we made a game of it rather than heads down and get stuffed so take the positive and next week we will turn over Downend big time
