Match report On a fresh sunny afternoon and after looking at the wicket ..... How much grass ?? Win toss stick them in ...... So we win toss and bowl 1st couple of overs oops then golfer ash found a beauty and cleaned bowled 17/1 then Downend 2nd team batsmen looking good found ash and Lewis 2 hot 2 handle 45/2 quickly became 49/3 and brill we stuck them in BUT then r fielding let us down along with 25 wides so a bloke who played 2nd team the week b4 in the wepl league said thx very much I hit a ton and put on 168 with his partner and took the game away from us and they ended up with 253/6 so last year we hit more than that 2 beat them but sadly no Ben this year......... N truth no chance but we tried hard and as each batsman got a start they then got out with the stand out batsman going 2 jamie who had fielders come in close then soon disappeared as he hit 4 boundarys and top scored with 29 . In the end 112/10 not good enough and we r better than that so next week batsman put it right
